What is it a biorhythm ?

The biorythm is a cyclically recurring pattern of physiological states in an organism or organ, such as an alpha rhythm or a circadian rhythm. Believed by some to affect a physical and a mental states and behaviour.

How to use it?

This program use the Gregorian calendar (rights dates are between 01.01.1583 - 31.12.2999).
Enter in a field
"Birth date" your birth date and next click "Biorhythm (Go)" button and a program plot your 62 days rythm from date of check: phisical (letter P, red color), emotional (letter E, green color ) and intellectual (letter I, blue color ). Phisical cycle last 23 days (condition endurance), emotional cycle last 28 days (sensibility and intuition) and intellectual cyclelast 33days (memory, clewrness,logic).
Program will show you statistical datas your contemporares form your date of birthdays moreover program will show you days when all cycle are in the
"Top", in the "Dow" and critical "+++" .

Button"-62 days"  and "+62 days" move rythm graph 62 days back and forward witout change statistical data.

Button "Today - Birthday" show number of days between this dates in field "Days".

Button "Birthday + Days" show date when will be X-days of your life (number of days enter in field "Days").

BIORHYTHMIA tries to help us, among others, by means of BIOMETRY. At present we know that in human life one can define three biorhythms which are set at birth and undergo, together with the entire organism, periodical changes which may be compared to undulations. In other words, this means that everyone of us undergoes regularly a period  of the so called CRITICAL DAY, a number of days of rise in his condition and a specific number of days when that condition declines in each of the above mentioned biorhythms.
The first of the biorhythms is the
PHYSICAL cycle. It lasts 23 days and determines the strength, condition, vitality, perseverance, energy, resistance to pain, etc.
The second one is the
EMOTIONAL cycle, lasting 28 days - it controls our sensibility, impulsiveness, intuition, nervous self-control, coexistence with environment and . . . erotism!
The third biorhythm is the
MENTAL cycle lasting 33 days and it is associated with memory, intelligence, presence of mind, common sense and combinative shrewdness.
During the next two months each of you has a minimum of 5 "high" days during which all your predispositions reach a peak form. If all your three cycles will reach that peak level at the same time these will be the days of triple goad luck and success, when you will have the highest fighting force! (PEAK).
The knowledge of basic human biological rhythms provided by the Bio-Rytm Agency in Wrocław may allow you to avoid many troublesome situations and to prevent taking actions or decisions during so called
CRITICAL DAYS. The knowledge of one's predispositions has never been harmful! On the contrary - now large communication and transportation companies in many countries, among others in Japan, Switzerland the Soviet Union become more often interested in the biorhythms of their employers. In the United States, at the State University of Southern Dakota the Bio-Systems Engineering Company was established whose manager is an American of Polish origin, professor M. P. Wnuk.
On the grounds of systematic biorhythms of their employees large carriers, including the airlines, try to eliminate their pilots,
drivers and engine-drivers, etc on critical days and assign optimum dates for performing specific functions.
In the Soviet Union the biorhythmic condition is one of the basic criteria for selection of potential astronauts.
Biograms are being made to lower the number of accidents and many physicians use this method to date,-mine the most preferable date for performing surgical operations.
They are made on special forms, with colourful diagrams of predispositions. The red colour denotes physical efficiency, green emotional (mood) efficiency and the 'blue colour denotes intellectual efficency. The diagram indicates clearly on which days of the month we might expect
CRITICAL DAYS and when our predispositions would increase or decline. On reading the biorhythm you will learn when you would most probably reach the peak form in the field of health, emotion and intellect.
When the plots of all three cycles will drop down into a so called "depression" you will know that on these days one should be particularly careful and cautious.
One could also check a so called "matching" of two persons, for instance, an engaged couple, by superimposing their biorhythms and reading them against the light! For two persons the mutual relation of their predispositions is constant throughout their lives!
Your BIORHYTHM will tell you how many years you have lived, or, how many days from your birth till the date of your biorhythm, what is the percentage of your contemporaries living now.
You will know a 50% forecast of living up to a specific age for your contemporaries from their birth dates and, in addition, a tabular list of dates with simultaneous triple biorhythmic predispositions for almost 100 years. The analysis contains a graphic plat for the current year.

How to lengthen your life in the most simple way, even about many percent?
Compare your height, weight and hips against those given in table for people of the same age and gender (same date of birth).
In case of men the "alarm" is 100 cm in waist, in case of women it is 87 cm. Best waist is below 92.5 cm (men) and below 80 cm (women).
If the values measured are not optimal - you have to work on yourself.
Record systematically what you eat, what you drink, at what time.!!!!!
You will see then what are your unhealthy habits and in which situations you surrender to them.
Start some gymnastics, at least 30 minutes every day. It can be walking, jogging, swimming intensive housework, or gardening.
Change your diet to "light" diet. Chose one day of week when you give up abundant meals and take fresh juices, soups, shortly boiled vegetables, chicken, and fish. Drink at least 8 of glasses of liquids: water, juice with water daily.
Fight gluttony. Eat plenty of carbohydrates and little fat.
Eat more fruits and of vegetables. Try to eat fruits, fresh or frozen or canned 5 times a day.
Take vitamin E and at least 130 mg of vitamins.
Regularly brush your dry skin. It betters its look thanks to better circulation of blood.
Then take a bath or shower.
Switch to slowly-absorbed carbohydrates: cakes, green pea, lentils, corn and grain flakes, oat flakes. Limit consumption of caffeine: limit it to 4 cups of coffee or 6 cups or tea per day.
Avoid stress. Most heart attacks occur on Mondays.
Prepare infusion from herbs e.g. of St-John's-wort.
Forget alcohol, cigarettes and drugs!
